Welcome to my website. I hope that the site gives you some idea of how I work and how I see counselling working. I am a counsellor, psychotherapist, supervisor & trainer. I work with individuals, as well as two people in a relationship.
An intelligent, positive and warm person who works with a great deal of integrity.
Dedicated to facilitating Relational Depth, being open to difference and to finding the best ways of working to be most helpful to clients.
Humanistic/Person Centred orientation as well as trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
A Senior Accredited Supervisor and Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
Currently lecturing at Plymouth Marjon University, alongside private practice.
Teaching specialisms include Person-Centred Theory, Self-awareness, and Personal and Professional Development as well as Relational Depth.
Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
